Lovely..

Hi, its Kerry here today with a few shares for you. It is school holidays here so has been hectic but all fun.

First layout is of my daughter and one of our cats.

I have used the lovely title that i have painted....

Next is a picure of my daughters school sports day....

I have used a couple of scraplets on here. This arrow...

and card...

I am currently working on some more layouts for my next update but feel that my mojo is on holidays as well. Dont know if its because it has been busy here and dont have as much time.

What do you do when your mojo goes walkabout??

I know a big clean up and new supplies usually works for me, maybe will try that next.

Looking back, seeing now .....

I've been going back through photos from when my children were younger and scrapping the memories that they bring back. When they were younger we had deer at the farm and occasionally an orphan came along to be cared for.

The Single Deer was just perfect for this photo.

I have painted it, shading around the edges and then given it a coat of Rock Candy Crackle paint.

Life is Pretty Amazing sums up how I feel about travelling. Canoeing around the caves of Thailand on a family holiday couldn't be explained any better.

The title has been inked to give it a stipple effect with the Life word outlined with pen.

Until next time
Happy Scrapping

White Tigers in chipboard...

Whether or not these beautiful big cats will be around for my family's coming generations is unknown. However, scrapbooking our photos preserves the memories of the things we have seen in our lives.

I have used a couple of chipboards on this page - Chicken Mesh and Engraved Tiger

The close up of the tiger shows the finish achieved by using paint dabbers to color the very detailed engraving on the chipboard.

The Chicken Mesh again, has been simply painted with a white dabber paint.

Until Next Time

Project life using A2z scraplets

Hi Caz here with you today sharing some pages I created of photos of a concert I went to back in 2011. I had lots of photos I wanted to add to these pages but did not want to make heaps and heaps of pages so I decided to do it project life style. For me I find this is a way to complete events where you have many photos. I get weighed down by it and they just seem to sit and never get completed. This takes all the weight off my shoulder and they are completed in no time.

I am sharing the pages with you that I used A2z scraplets on. It was a Cold chisel concert and in all I think I had 14 pages including the tour programme and a sign my cute little daughter made for me to hold at the concert. I added it as it was such a cute little gesture.

#best time ever was the one scraplet. I cut it to fit on the card and it fit perfectly. It is out of the Hashtag photowords set of 6 PL.
All the scraplets I have just sprayed with Lindys stamp gang Starburst gold spray.
The little star and hashtag are from Symbols 1 small

#lifeisgreat is out of the Hashtag photowords set of 6 PL.

The my story arrow above is from the My story set of 5 pieces PL
Am hoping that you have gained some inspiration from these pages and maybe theres some piles of photos that you have been meaning to scrap but did not know how to go about it. Have fun.

Till next time

Hi, Yvette here today.  Hope you are all managing some creative time in your busy lives.  It's hard sometimes to find some time, it's something I have been struggling with recently.  I wish life wasn't so crazy busy all the time.  I am hoping with the school holidays I might manage a little scrapping time…we'll see!!

Today I have 2 pages to share with you using some awesome chippies from A2Z Scraplets.

First up is a page I did for my daughter…

Some closeups of the chippies...

for the "Beautiful" title, I spritzed it generously with Glimmermist.

It's a little hard to see in this photo, but with this flourish chipboard, I first put it through my Big Shot in an embossing folder before also generously spritzing with Glimmermist.

Product list:
Cardstock - Kaisercraft
Paper - Pion My Precious Daughter
Chipboard - A2Z Scraplets
Doilies
Martha Stewart punch
Pink embroidery floss
Flowers - Kaisercraft, I am Roses
Kaisercraft rubons
Melissa Frances Pearl drops
Couture Creations embossing folder - Cheerful
Tattered Angels Glimmermist - Tattered Leather & Party Pink
Distress Ink - Pumicestone
Metal Butterfly & Teapot Pin

My next layout features my son on his 13th Birthday with some awesome A2Z chippies!

This layout is based on a sketch I saw on Pinterest!

The clouds were generously coated with the Decoart Dimensional Effects texture paste to give them a soft fluffy appearance.  This particular texture paste works very well for a fluffy finish - it even looks like a jar full of clouds!
The chipboard title #picoftheday was painted with navy blue paint then coated with dimensional magic to gloss it up.

The large hashtag and "awesome" were also painted with navy blue paint then coated with dimensional magic.

Products used:
Cardstock - We R Memory Keepers
Paper - Echo Park "Scoot"
Chipboard - A2Z Scraplets
Navy blue paint
Decoart Dimensional Effects texture paste
Bling & brads

Until next time,
Happy scrapping!

Scrapbooking Your Memories

Do you have a pile of photos that are waiting "to be done?" Mine is huge and I'm not sure I'll ever get through it but the journey is enjoyable. I have pulled out an older photo from my daughter's Pre-School days.

In this photo we were at the famous Beechworth Bakery and the kids made their own biscuits. I have used the word #cookingupastorm from the set of Hashtag Travel Set Wordlets.

Here's a close up of the finish on the Scraplet. I inked the chipboard with chalk ink first and then gave it a coat of Opalite ink.

Each month A2Z Scraplets are releasing dozens of new designs catering for all facets of scrapbooking. There are chipboards simple titles to the more accessory styled design.

Until next time,
Happy Scrapping
